MindBody Massage: $40 for 30 minutes - $75 for 60 minutes – $100 for 90: minutes of a soothing full body massage that will promote increased circulation, relaxation, toxin release and more. All while rejuvenating both the mind & body an incorporating a balance of the mindbody & spirit.

Health & Touch Massage: Approximately 90 minutes - $150: A combination intergrating a touch of Shiatsu, Aromatherapy,Strectching, Balancing, Life Style and Nutritional review.

Deep Pressure Massage: $50 for 30 minutes - $95 for 60 minutes: For extra depth while still continuing to provide a relaxing soothing full body massage that will promote increased circulation, relaxation, toxin release and more. All while rejuvenating both the mind & body an incorporating a balance of the mindbody & spirit.

  Hot Stone: $120 - approximately 90 minutes: Hot Stone treatment & of bit of Swedish - Heated polished stones are massaged along tired, sore muscles followed by the magical touch that brings a soothing, relaxing, and rejuvenating feeling to the mind & body. The hot stones have a tendency to relax the muscles and “draw out” muscle pain and discomfort . The hot stones seem to connect the flow or paths of energy together in order to rebalance the physical body, emotional mind and soaring spirit as one.

Deep Tissue: $45 – 30 minutes: of concentration on specific areas of tension spots in the neck, shoulder, and back. Its aim is to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Reflexology: $45 – 30 minutes: of pressure point massage, done on the soles of the feet whereby massaging the feet restores the flow of body energy. Every nerve in the body begins and ends in the hands and feet. By applying this specialized exercise pressure on the foot, the outcome is improved instruction to each and every part of the body, resulting in a re-educating, a re-patterning, and a re-conditioning of the nerves& instruction through the reflex/neutral electrical system of the body.
